Meet My Awesome Family:
Time moves too quickly when raising kids. I would love to recapture thousands of moments in time with this tribe. We all have specific memories of each other that have life-changing significance. I could spend hours talking to you about each of these people in this picture. I love them dearly. It has been my desire that our family would model the church as God desires it to be seen in the world.
On June 3, 1984 I committed to this woman my focused love for the rest of my days. Never have I regretted that decision. Barb has followed me as I followed the Lord from Wisconsin to Michigan to Illinois to South Carolina. She has always been the one "for me." Whenever I preach I love looking over at her because she is encouraging me with her smile. She faithfully rocked the cradle of our four kids so they could one day rock their world for Jesus!
In this order God has gifted us with four children: Benjamin Scott (5.19.87), Blake Jonathan (6.20.89), Courtney Marie (6.5.91), and Abigail Jo (4.1.93). Those four and no more...unless we misplaced somebody. One of the favorite things in my office is a cross stitch that reads: "Anybody can be a father, but it takes somebody special to be a daddy."
